We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing error, or we are unable to process your payment. If you have already been charged, you will receive a full refund.Prices, available payment methods and any applicable delivery charges will be shown at checkout before you place your order.Our ProductsMany Gulaave pieces are made using traditional hand-printing and artisanal techniques. Small variations in colour, print placement, pattern alignment and finish are therefore natural and make each piece individual.We do our best to represent colours and products accurately, although colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen.This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.DeliveryWe deliver within the UK and internationally to the destinations available at checkout.Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are shown during checkout. International orders may be subject to local customs duties, taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, these are the customer’s responsibility.Please make sure your delivery details are correct before placing your order.Returns & RefundsWe hope you love your Gulaave order, but if you change your mind, please contact us at contact@gulaave.com within 14 days of receiving your order.Once you tell us that you would like to return an item, it must be sent back within 14 days. Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, return postage is the customer’s responsibility. These periods reflect the cancellation rights that generally apply to UK online purchases.Please take reasonable care of items while they are with you. Returned items will be inspected when received. We may reduce a refund where an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it and this has reduced its value, where permitted by law.If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at contact@gulaave.com and we will arrange an appropriate solution.Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.Handcrafted VariationsBecause our textiles are handcrafted, you may notice small differences between your piece and photographs on our website. Slight variations in printing, colour and pattern placement are part of the character of handmade production.These natural variations are different from an item being faulty or damaged.CarePlease follow the care instructions provided with your product. We cannot be responsible for damage caused by incorrect washing, improper care or normal wear and tear.International OrdersCustomers ordering outside the UK are responsible for checking any local import requirements. Customs duties and taxes may be charged by your country and, unless stated otherwise at checkout, are not included in your order price.
